Chardonnay Oak Smoked Sea Salt
Fleur de Sel, or “flower of salt,” is widely considered the “caviar of salts.” This light and delicate salt is cold smoked over staves of Chardonnay oak barrels to create a gentle smoky elegance. The moist base absorbs the flavor of the oak and the essence of the Chardonnay for a light smoked salt unlike any other variety.
The all-natural cold smoking technique provokes warm, toasted oak notes delicately intermingled with the ripened elegance of Chardonnay. Excellent on any lighter grilled food.
